New years resolution 2019

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE
It’s 2019!!
Last year we’ve grown so rapidly in number, opened offices around the Globe, and I’m sure everyone’s idea, passion, and expectations for Toboggan has shifted as well. It is becoming increasingly important for me as the CEO to express where we are headed not just externally but also internally.
I had always thought talking about the mission and philosophy of a company was kind of “uncool” but I also think it’s increasingly becoming a necessity.
Strategic things like management and PR planning can /should be discussed and decided more collectively. The very core of the company however, is something I really took the time thinking about during the holidays.
In the end, for me everything boils down to the desire to produce.
At 19 I dreamed of being a producer. Those around me wanted to be directors and photographers, etc. but for me it was always the producer’s job that looked the awesomest.
Looking back, I think this hadn’t changed when I became CEO.
Toboggan is ultimately a team of producers.
Toboggan defines a producer as someone who can approach a client’s problem from all kinds of ways and find the optimal solution.

Toboggan helps all kinds of companies with all kinds of problems, in all kinds of ways, from all kinds of positions.
We connect people to create a chemical reaction that makes something awesome, or sometimes support others to do so. These days we are even receiving offers for consulting, and producing shops and restaurants.
They say the best way to do business is to find a speciality and stick to it. But we stay broad and see how well we take on the world!!
